There is no time limit to submit receipts. As long as the program is available, you may submit receipts at any time.

Do I need to upload all my receipts at once?

No, you can upload your receipts as you purchase your products throughout the year. The system will keep track of what you entered and when you reach your free product.

Do I need to make a purchase in order to enter?

When does the promotion close?

The promotion is ongoing. However, the company retains the rights to terminate the program at any time. Notification will be given to existing loyalty customers if the program is to be terminated.

How do I submit a receipt for validation?

Go to www.horsecareloyalty.com and follow the instructions to develop a login profile and upload your receipt proof of purchase. To upload your proof of purchase, you can either take a picture of your receipt via your smartphone or scan the receipt into your computer and upload.

How many times can I earn a free product?

Customers can upload proof of purchase receipts for participating products and receive loyalty rewards ongoing. Once a reward is achieved, the next validated purchase will begin a new loyalty tracking.

Can I earn rewards on multiple participating products at the same time?

Each participating product counts as its own loyalty promotion. Consumers buying multiple participating products can upload proof of purchase receipts to receive loyalty rewards on each item.

How will I be notified if I earn a free product?

You will receive an email each time you upload a receipt. You will receive a second email when the receipt is validated. You will receive another email when you have earned your free product.
